Certificate of Analysis (CoA)

Batch-specific document reporting purity, identity, and contaminant results for a research peptide lot.

For laboratory and research use only — not for human consumption.

A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is the supplier's quality declaration for an individual peptide batch. A complete CoA includes: HPLC purity (typically reported as percentage area at 220 nm or 280 nm; research-grade injectable use generally requires ≥ 98%), mass-spectrometry identity (observed mass matching theoretical mass), counter-ion identification (acetate, TFA, arginate), water content (Karl Fischer titration), and endotoxin load (LAL or rFC). Researchers should retain CoAs for every batch and re-test reconstituted material if any unexpected biological behaviour is observed.
